We believe in collaboration that creates change.

Our experience

More than 20 years in the service of EU projects.

Bridge over the water in autumn colours

A consulting firm with a passion for learning, development and international collaboration.

Through Erasmus+ projects we build bridges every year between organisations across Europe — from Sweden to Spain, Portugal, Germany, Hungary, Türkiye and many more.

Our mission is to give students, teachers and professionals the opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally, through exchanges that inspire new perspectives, knowledge and networks.

  1. 2004

We successfully delivered a large number of EU projects in Sweden, including Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Grundtvig, Central Financial Project and several fund projects.

  2. 2014

The programmes became part of Erasmus+. We continue to run projects with a focus on quality, inclusion and development.

  3. Today

With our experienced and committed team we take care of the entire process, from project idea and application to implementation, follow-up and reporting.

What is Erasmus+

The European Union’s flagship programme for education and development.

Since it began in 1987 the programme has given millions of people the opportunity to study, train or take part in international projects.

Our work

From the first idea to real change.

An experienced partner throughout the entire Erasmus+ journey.

The four steps that follow are the backbone of every project we run — from idea and funding to implementation, impact and reporting. After that comes what keeps the project on course over time: follow-up and partnership.

01 Strategic compass

Idea development and the right funding track.

With our strategic compass we help you develop ideas that are relevant, feasible and fully aligned with Erasmus+ priorities. We analyse your needs, shape clear goals and match the project with the right funding track.

We offer

  • We map where the organisation stands today, which needs are strongest and exactly who the participants are. That becomes the foundation everything else in the application rests on.

  • The idea is shaped against the priorities of this year’s call, so that the project speaks the same language as the programme from the start.

  • We review which programme strand and which application round best fit your ambition, budget and timeline.

  • Needs, goals, activities and results are linked into a chain that holds. That is the logic assessors look for.

  • We help you find partners whose expertise complements your own, and we build the relationship before the application is submitted.

02 End-to-end support

Application, budget, consortium building and implementation.

We take responsibility for the entire project process — from application to final report — to ensure quality, structure and efficiency in line with Erasmus+ standards.

We support you with

  • We write, structure and review the application against the award criteria before it is submitted.

  • The budget is built on the programme’s unit costs and lump sums, so that the items are correctly calculated from the start.

  • We assemble the consortium, allocate roles and keep communication together between the partner organisations.

  • Partner agreements, division of work and documentation routines are in place before the project starts.

  • We keep the project moving, stay on schedule and make sure reporting is based on evidence gathered along the way.

  • Risks are identified early and followed up along the way, with support to address whatever starts to drift.

03 Impact in focus

Dissemination, exploitation and benefits realisation.

We make sure your results create real and lasting value — even after the project ends — in line with the EU’s requirements for dissemination and exploitation of results.

We work with

  • A plan for who should be reached by the results, through which channels and when — not just a closing conference.

  • How the results are taken further and used after the project ends, both within your own organisation and by others.

  • We follow up what the project actually delivered and turn it into changes that show in everyday work.

  • The experience is linked to governing documents, competence development and ways of working so that it takes hold.

  • We help you publish and present the results where they become searchable and useful for others.

04 Compliance

EU requirements, reporting and audit readiness.

We make sure your project meets every formal requirement and that you are fully prepared for both reporting and audit.

We offer

  • We check the project against the programme rules and the financial conditions that apply to your type of grant agreement.

  • The reports are built on evidence collected along the way, not afterwards when the details have faded.

  • Participant lists, certificates and vouchers are reviewed so that every item has the evidence required.

  • We go through the material in advance and point out what needs to be completed before the review arrives.

  • Simple routines that make sure the right thing is documented at the right time, throughout the project.

Project follow-up

Structure, quality and control throughout the project period.

We offer professional project follow-up that ensures quality, goal achievement and full compliance within Erasmus+. Through a systematic way of working we give you a complete overview of the project’s progress and support you in acting proactively.

Our follow-up support covers

  • We check what has been done against what was planned, so that deviations show while they can still be corrected.

  • Actuals are followed against the budget item by item, with the programme rules as the yardstick.

  • The indicators are followed during the project, not only when the final report has to be written.

  • We check that the documentation has the form and the quality the programme requires.

  • Risks are weighed on an ongoing basis, and you get concrete proposals for what should be done and when.

  • Recurring check-ins that keep all parties in the same picture of where things stand.

  • Before the report is submitted we go through content and supporting documents one last time.

Partnership

Build strong European collaborations.

We help you find, assess and establish the right partners for your Erasmus+ projects. The focus is on quality, complementary expertise and a long-term view.

We help you with

  • We look for organisations in programme and partner countries that match the project’s focus.

  • The focus is on complementary expertise, not on filling seats in the consortium.

  • We make the first contact and keep the dialogue going until the collaboration is in place.

  • Roles, responsibilities and commitments are written down so that everyone knows what they have signed up to.

  • A consortium that holds over time — and preferably carries through more than one project.

Strong partnerships are the key to high quality and strong project results.
